建设法规（36学时）课程简介

《建设法规》课程是工程管理方向的主干专业课。本课程的任务是使学生掌握综合掌握建设工程法律法规基本知识以及实践案例。设立本门课程的目的是使学生掌握建设工程全生命周期各阶段相关法律制度，从工程建设程序、工程建设执业资格、城市及村镇建设规划、工程发包与承包、工程勘察设计、工程建设监理、建设工程质量、工程建设安全生产和建设工程合同管理中的相关法律法规，为学生未来从事工程管理相关的工作和研究奠定必要的专业基础知识。

建设法规（36学时）主要讲授建设工程基本法律知识，包括建设工程法律体系、建设工程法人、建设工程代理、建设工程物权、建设工程债权、建设工程知识产权、建设工程担保和保险、建设工程法律责任；施工许可法律制度，包括建设工程施工许可、施工企业从业资格等；建设工程发承包法律制度，包括建设工程招标投标、建设工程承包法律知识、建筑市场信用体系建设；建设工程合同和劳动合同法律制度，包括建设工程合同、劳动合同及劳动关系、相关合同等法律知识；建设工程施工环境保护、节约能源和文物保护法律知识；建设工程安全生产法律制度，包括施工安全生产许可证、施工安全生产责任和安全生产教育培训、施工现场安全防护、施工安全事故应急救援与调查处理、建设单位和相关单位的建设工程安全责任等法律知识；建设工程质量法律制度，包括工程建设标准、施工单位的质量责任和义务、建设单位及相关单位的质量责任和义务、建设工程竣工验收、建设工程质量保修等法律知识；解决建设工程纠纷法律制度，包括建设工程纠纷主要种类和解决途径。

Construction Law (36 class hours)

Construction Law is the backbone of professional courses project management direction. The task of this course is to enable students to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the basics of the construction regulations and practice cases.
