施工技术与组织（36学时）课程简介

本课程是建筑工程类专业的主要专业技能课之一。它的任务是研究各工种工程施工过程中的施工工艺和施工方法以及施工过程中的安全技术措施和质量保证措施以及建筑施工组织的一般规律、建筑施工组织与管理的理论和方法。

通过学习应使学生了解一般工业与民用建筑的施工规范和施工程序;领会主要工种和分部分项工程的施工方法、施工工艺、技术要求、质量验收标准、通病防治、安全防范措施;能制定施工方案;掌握影响工程造价的施工因素，理解本课程与组织管理、招标、投标、工程监理等专业知识的联系;掌握冬季、雨季施工方法与技术措施;了解高层建筑、大模板、滑模的施工工序和技术要求;具有根据施工组织总设计编制单位工程施工组织设计并组织实施的能力，和能具有从事现场施工管理的初步能力。

Construction technology and organization (36 class hours)

This course is one of the major engineering professional skills courses. Its mission is to study the construction techniques and construction methods in the construction process as well as various types of engineering construction process safety technical measures and quality assurance measures and general rules of construction organizations, theories and methods of construction organization and management.

Through the study should enable students to understand the general industrial and civil construction specifications and construction procedures; construction methods to understand the key trades and part of the project, construction techniques, technical requirements, quality acceptance criteria, a common problem prevention, safety precautions; able to develop construction program; master construction project cost factors, the understanding of the linkages of the curriculum and organizational management, bidding and project supervision expertise; grasp the winter rainy season construction methods and technical measures; understand the construction of high-rise buildings, large templates, sliding mode processes and technical requirements; with the design based on the total construction organization design prepared construction organization and organizational capacity to implement, and can have the ability to engage in preliminary site construction management.
